PRIVACY NOTICE

How your information is handled

Updated October 4, 2026. This notice covers the consultation form and the automated website readiness checker.

What we collect

For a website check, we collect your first name, phone number, business name, public website address, work email, industry, city, province, priority service, target area, optional competitors, optional marketing choice, snapshot score, category results, priority findings, test questions, AI answers and citations when available, and submission time. For consultations, we also collect the contact and project details you provide. Please do not submit confidential, financial, health or other sensitive personal information.

Why we collect it

We use website check details to scan the public site, show the result, keep a record of the request and respond about the snapshot or related services. We use consultation details to review and respond to the inquiry. Optional marketing messages require the separate, unchecked marketing choice; requesting a snapshot or consultation alone does not subscribe you.

How it is protected and shared

Submissions are stored in a lead dashboard restricted to the site administrator and may trigger an email notification to our business inbox. Hosting, data storage and email service providers process information to operate those services. When AI answer testing is enabled, service and target-area information is sent to OpenAI to produce web-search answers. Contact names, phone numbers and email addresses are not sent for this testing. Business and competitor names are not inserted into discovery questions. Answers and citations are analysed and stored with the snapshot. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law.

Retention and your choices

Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above and applicable business or legal requirements. You may ask about your information, request a correction or withdraw optional marketing consent.
